PDSA Pet Check –
Free Health Checks for Dogs

Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure is once again teaming up with PDSA, the UK’s leading veterinary charity to host a Pet Check week. Visiting five of the area’s parks, a PDSA veterinary nurse will be working on board a specially designed Pet Check vehicle to provide free health checks to dogs (dogs only for health and safety reasons) and offer advice on the care of other popular pets. The free health check covers weight, body shape, dental, exercise and the opportunity to discuss any problems/concerns. In addition dogs can be microchipped (at a cost). A wealth of pet care literature will be available as well as the opportunity to find out more about the services the charity provides, treating sick and injured pets of people in need.
