Critical Path Analysis and Planning of road works in Redbridge

Remember this?

Back in late July our council had arranged for Surface Dressing of Roding Lane North to protect it from the ravages of an oncoming winter and prolong the lifespan of the road surface.

Now, barely 2 months later, this ….

We don’t know what these essential road works are and neither does the Roding ward councillor and deputy leader of the council, Ian Bond. He thinks it’s gas supply works and points out that it is not shown on roadworks.org. I guess we will find out tomorrow …

UPDATE: Cllr Bond is now advised that it is a new sewer for the Bellway Homes development. That's the 32 new homes on the old Dairy site.

Meanwhile on the award winning Redbridge-i – something similar in Brocket Way is reported by Ruby’s Mum.

We have also noted that Roding Lane North is now in Ilford and that Barkingside is now part of Wanstead and Woodford ...

UPDATE 19 Oct 2013: It's been delayed for a fortnight ...

UPDATE UPDATE 22 Oct 2013: Oh no it hasn't .... It started yesterday
