Hot Air Rising
Well, they say that hot air rises and we do seem to have quite a lot of Anthropogenic Global Warming round these here parts. Especially those heated debates in the Fairlop Oak. This years Top Green Blogs as voted for by you the readers on the annual Total Politics poll. Barkingside 21 is up from 10th to 5th and your editor’s personal blog is a new entry on the list too.
But this is not the only local blog to be recognised. Roger Evans moved up from 22 to 17 in the Top Councillor blogs. Well done him.
A big thank you to everyone who voted, mwah, mwah, I love you all.
Disclaimer: The list is for “Green” blogs, not “Green Party” blogs. Although as you would expect the Green Party does feature heavily. Barkingside 21 is, or tries to be, non-party political.

No thanks to me, but well done B21 - you deserve this/
I know you opted out, which explains your absence from the list.
I didn't opt out - it passed me by. You know, I am not a proper green blogger, even though I really care. You can't blog about Honduras and omit Vestas, can you? My Vestas post is unpublished because I couldn't (i.e wasn't sufficiently motivated to prioritise) find good sources of info. I'm going to change this and maybe I'll be nominated next year. Good green blogging is really tough, I think. Well done to you Sir.
Oh, I thought I'd read that you came all over Marxist.
You mean to say the Editor has his own personal blog?..... Heaven help us!
