Roding’s New Arrivals

  1. On friday the E.A.,Redbridge and
    volunteers planted reeds and other water plants in the new 'Wet Land' area(opposite Ray Lodge Park)
    Although it looks very sparse at the moment, I think by this time next year it will be a very nice place to visit fulfilling its
    ambition of atracting wildlife to
    the lake, especially the Water Vole. Already, there are fish in the lake ( probably came when they pumped the water in from the Roding) and earlier that week a Cormorant was seen diving there succesfully. Ron King
